Robert H. Lustig, MD, UCSF Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Endocrinology, explores the damage caused by sugary foods. He argues that fructose (too much) and fiber (not enough) appear to be cornerstones of the obesity epidemic through their effects on insulin.

Very good discussion by Dr. John McDougall on the health threats that dairy poses.  This is one of the videos that changed the way I look at Moo Juice.

Dr. Neal Barnard is a great speaker, and here he presents a wonderful discussion on treating diabetes, a diet related illness, with diet instead of drugs.  What a novel concept.

Dr. Michael Klaper giving a very interesting presentation on why the Standard American Diet (SAD) is so deadly.  This presentation is 20 years old but is even more pertinent today.

Eye opening video concerning the risks and dangers of vaccines.

Very informative video with lots of scientific research concerning the very real hazard roundup/glyphosate poses to human health. The lecture is by Thierry Vrain, a retired biologist and genetic engineer, who went on a lecture Tour across Canada in 2013-2014, to raise public awareness about the link between engineered food and poor health.

  1. I just watched the first video (McDougall). I continue to learn every day. I wish everyone would take the time to watch these videos. It’s difficult for people to read studies and sift through data on their own. I watched while I was on the treadmill this morning. Another good time for watching/listening is while I’m cooking in the kitchen. Thanks for posting, Abby!

    1. You’re welcome, Susan! Funny, but I’ve been doing exactly what you’re doing (watching/listening to books and lectures while on the treadmill). Helps with stress as well. Lord knows I have quite a bit of that going on in my life right now. Haven’t been able to post lately. Prayer and exercise seems to be getting me through though. Glad you found the video helpful. Hope to share more. Nice hearing from you~ xox Abby
