- 1 1/2 cups almonds
- 1 cup medjool dates
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
In a food processor, process the almonds into a flour.
Add the dates and continue grinding until broken down.
Add the coconut and vanilla.
