Vegetarian Spaghetti


Now who doesn’t love spaghetti?  Thankfully, this meal has a good amount of lycopene. Lycopene has been considered a potential agent for the prevention of some types of cancers. On top of the tomato goodness, I have added mushrooms, green pepper, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, Himalayan salt, freshly ground pepper, fresh basil and a drizzle of olive oil in this vegetarian spaghetti recipe, so you won’t miss the meat.
