  1. Can you please suggest me some healthy recipe for breakfast that doesn’t takes much time & can be made with a little ingredients?
    Actually, I stay in a Hostel & don’t find much time in the morning, I’ve to rush to college with empty tummy most of the times 🙁

    1. Fruit, the healthiest & quickest instafood! I tell my college kids to grab things like bananas, dates, nuts and eat them on the go. Overnight oats are also good. Just soak oats overnight. They’ll absorb the liquid you put them in – any kind of liquid you like! The most common mixture is equal parts raw rolled oats, and dairy free milk (almond, rice, oat, hemp etc..). Put in the fridge overnight and let ‘em soak up the liquids. That’s the base, and toppings are endless. Add the toppings & natural sweetener of choice the night before or the next morning – either way works. Just don’t put anything in you don’t wan’t to get soggy. Put in a to go cup and enjoy. Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day! Don’t skip it. You’ll have improved concentration and performance in the classroom and more strength and endurance to engage in physical activity. Just my 2 cents worth 😉

  2. You’re so welcome, Darshan! It’s my pleasure. I typically soak 1/2 cup oatmeal per 1/2 cup milk. Stir & set in fridge overnight. In the morning, I add a bit of maple syrup, a pinch of cinnamon and pecans. Mmmm. Sometimes, I’ll add cacao nibs or vegan chocolate chips, walnuts, and raw honey. You can even just stir organic peanut butter and natural sweetener of choice. Add a little more milk if it’s too thick.The possibilities are endless.
